给希望从事企业软件（信息系统）开发的新手：
             * 学好一门语言：C#/Java/……
             * 掌握一种开发工具：Visual C# .NET、JBuilder、Delphi……
             * 熟悉“和选定的语言、开发工具相关”的平台：.NET、Java……
             * 熟悉一种数据库产品：Oracle、DB2、SQL Server……
             * 了解某个行业的业务知识：电信、银行、电力、制造业等（可以工作后再学）
             如果你透彻理解面向对象的开发思想，熟悉设计模式，熟悉UML，掌握一种建模工具，你往往可以做出质量更好的系统、模块。
以上是在荣耀的网站看到他log里的一段话，对照自己，觉得很有用处。在学习混乱和混乱学习的今天，更深感这几句话很有道理。
我觉得，谁都不会是全才，即便是在一个专业的领域，也没有一个负责任的专业人士敢说我对这个领域完全掌握，而且IT技术的飞速发展，使得我们更加没有底气说出一句大话。
对照他的话，我怯怯的说：
我是一个正在从事企业软件（信息系统）开发的新手(虽然从大学时就开始编程）：
                          * 学好一门语言：Basic
             * 掌握一种开发工具：Visual Basic.NET
             * 熟悉“和选定的语言、开发工具相关”的平台：.NET 
             * 熟悉一种数据库产品：SQL Server（Access自然不在话下）
             * 了解某个行业的业务知识：制造业 
  希望透彻理解面向对象的开发思想，熟悉设计模式，熟悉UML，掌握一种建模工具。

C/C＋＋仍是我希望继续提高的领域，Java就免了吧。

    MIS/ERP行业不好混呀，这由MIS/ERP的特点造成的，MIS/ERP的最终产品虽然软体，但其对软件技术要求不高，相反的，对行业知识的要求却非常高。
    所以，如果对行业知识掌握的较好，根本就无需去编写代码，而且编写代码也没有什么挑战性。在MIS/ERP这行中，做到行业知识专家是最高级别的技术人员，不要担心失业问题，这家不行别家请，到哪里都是高高在上，而且悠闲，令软件开发人员望尘莫及，但这已经不属于软件行业了，所以除非你不想再做软件，否则MIS/ERP行业不好混。
    如果是软件开发人员呢？MIS/ERP行业对软件技术要求很低的，对安全性、运行效率、算法等等都不关心，与其说是软件工程师，不如说是一个高级一点的打字员，所以我们看MIS/ERP这行的软件从业人员的流动率是非常大的，根本没有知识积累，也不需要知识积累，员工的跳槽对老板根本不造成影响。

    MIS/ERP行业对软件技术和行业知识都要求很高.开发人员需要积累两个方面的知识,但难以做到,这也是现在大量MIS/ERP应用系统实用价值不高的原因之一.
